Unemployment is a major social issue and with a welfare bill that is unsustainable, the private sector is increasingly being turned to in order to help reverse this trend. As a Flexible New Deal subcontractor, Futures is experienced in working with customers with different requirements including those with disabilities and long term workless.
Futures Training's structured, taylored approach to employability ensures 35% of our customers find work. We swiftly define realistic roles for all our customers, identifying and filling gaps in their work related skills and undertaking job search and work experience placements with each of them. Customers progressing into employment are mentored in their a new roles to make sure these are sustainable and a success!
Employability is co-ordinated at Futures by an experienced team of Managers, qualified advisors with local market knowledge and overseen by an Operations Manager to ensure that our programmes are of ongoing benefit to our customers and maintained as a significant portion of our business.
